Terms and Conditions for Registration and Participation in the 7th Neodent International Congress

1. ORGANIZER

JJGC INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO DE MATERIAIS DENTÁRIOS S.A., a private legal entity, with its principal place of business at Avenida Juscelino Kubitschek de Oliveira, No. 3291, CIC, Curitiba, Paraná, ZIP Code 81,270-200, registered with the CNPJ under No. 00.489.050/0001-84, and a branch office located at Rua Benjamin Lins, No. 742, Batel, Curitiba, Paraná, ZIP Code 80,420-100, registered with the CNPJ under No. 00.489.050/0029-85, is the organizer of the 7th Neodent International Congress.

Hereinafter referred to simply as the ORGANIZER, it establishes the following terms and conditions for the registrants, hereinafter referred to as PARTICIPANTS, for participation in the 7th Neodent International Congress, hereinafter referred to as the Event, to be held from June 17 to 19, 2027, at Via Soft (Rua Prof. Pedro Viriato Parigot de Souza, 5300 – Cidade Industrial de Curitiba, Curitiba, PR, Brazil).

2. DATE, LOCATION, AND SCHEDULE

The 7th edition of the Neodent International Congress will be held from June 17 to 19, 2027, at Via Soft, located at Rua Prof. Pedro Viriato Parigot de Souza, 5300 – Cidade Industrial de Curitiba, Curitiba, PR (the “Event”).

The operating hours of the activities listed below will be defined and disclosed in due course by the Event organization and may be subject to adjustments:

  • Trade exhibition;

  • Scientific program courses;

  • Food court.

3. CATEGORIES AND FEES

Registration must be completed exclusively through the website: neodentcongress.com.br.

All information provided by the Participant is the Participant’s sole responsibility, and the ORGANIZER shall not be liable for any discrepancies and/or inaccuracies in such data.

For security reasons, registration data will not be accepted via email, telephone, social media, WhatsApp, or any means other than the registration website indicated in this section.

Registration Fees

Tickets have a unique category, with specific fee, informed according to the calendar to be disclosed by the ORGANIZER.

Registration Requirements

Registration is the sole responsibility of the Participant. It is essential to provide complete and accurate information so that the badge, attendance statement, and certificate may be properly issued. If a social name is used, it must match the official document presented and validated at the entrance of the Congress.

The personal data provided to the ORGANIZER at the time of registration may be shared with third-party service providers, suppliers, and cooperation partners used by the ORGANIZER to enable the Event.

For registration in the 2027 Neodent International Congress, the following data will be requested:

Participant personal data: first and last name, profession, nationality, passport number, email address, telephone number, address, city, state, and country.

If the Participant chooses to pay by credit or debit card, the following financial data will be requested:

Financial data: card brand, cardholder name, card number, expiration date, security code, number of installments, and bank name.

The data will be stored in the organizers’ databases for identification, access, and attendance control purposes, for the time necessary to comply with contractual, legal, and/or regulatory obligations.

The Participant has the right to object to the processing of their personal data by the ORGANIZER; however, objecting may render certain services and solutions unavailable. For further information, please refer to Section 12 of these Terms and Conditions.

Registration will be considered active only after confirmation and payment of the registration fee. Registration confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the Participant.

The ORGANIZER shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Participant, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, meals, transportation between the hotel and the Event venue, or any other expenses related to participation. All such expenses are the sole responsibility of the Participant.

Payment Methods

Payment will be available through credit card only.

For installment payments made by credit card, the maximum number of installments will be directly linked to the Event date.

4. BADGE

Participant registration will allow the generation of a badge containing name, category, and a QR Code, which will be scanned at the entrances of the 7th Neodent International Congress. After completing registration and payment, the badge will be available for pickup at the Event access desk.

Badge use is mandatory throughout the Event and must be displayed visibly to allow digital reading and processing.

The badge is personal and non-transferable. Do not lend, transfer, or photograph it. Badge sharing may be considered a criminal offense. Help maintain a safe environment by respecting the law and avoiding practices that may result in legal consequences. Security is everyone’s responsibility.

5. SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM

The detailed scientific program will be published on the official website of the 7th Neodent International Congress and will feature renowned speakers from Brazil and abroad, selected based on research conducted with international teams and customers.

Seats are limited and allocated according to auditorium capacity.

Courses included in the scientific program may be changed without prior notice. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify, replace, or cancel activities, lectures, or speakers at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or necessity, even if already announced, without any entitlement to a refund of registration fees due to changes in the program.

6. GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND REFUND CRITERIA

The Participant may cancel their registration at any time by submitting a withdrawal request form via email: eventos@neodent.com.

6.1. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 49 of Law No. 8,078/90, if the registration was completed outside the commercial establishment, the Participant may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) calendar days from the registration confirmation date, being entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid, including fees, provided that the cancellation occurs before the Event.

6.2. Cancellation after the Legal Withdrawal Period

After the period specified in item 6.1, the following refund criteria shall apply:

  • Cancellations up to January 17, 2027: 70% refund of the total registration fee;

  • Cancellations up to March 17, 2027: 50% refund of the total registration fee;

  • Cancellations up to May 17, 2027: 20% refund of the total registration fee;

  • From May 17, 2027 onward: no refund will be granted, regardless of the reason.

In all refund cases under item 6.2, applicable bank transfer fees will be deducted.

Refunds, when applicable, will be made by the ORGANIZER within 30 (thirty) days after the end of the Event.

7. TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION

Transfer of registration ownership will be permitted provided that the following criteria are met:

  • Direct request and identity confirmation of the registered Participant;

  • Requests must be submitted exclusively via email: eventos@neodent.com;

  • Transfer requests must be made by March 31, 2027, and only within the same registration category.

Once the requirements are met, the receiving Participant must confirm the data listed in Item 3, section “a”, of these Terms and Conditions.

8. CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION

All Participants who meet the participation criteria defined by the ORGANIZER will receive a Certificate of Participation, which will be made available exclusively in electronic format through the official Event website within 30 (thirty) days after the Event.

The issuance of the certificate is the sole responsibility of the Participant, who must access, generate, and print it according to the guidelines and procedures to be published on the Event website.

In compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), certificates will not be sent by email or any means other than the official Event platform.

The ORGANIZER shall not be liable for certificates not issued due to the Participant’s failure to comply with the established procedures, deadlines, or guidelines.

9. IMAGE RECORDING DURING THE EVENT

The ORGANIZER reserves the right to record images during all Event activities. By participating in the Event, the Participant grants the ORGANIZER and sponsors the right to use their image captured in photographs and/or videos recorded before, during, and after the Event.

By participating, the Participant acknowledges that their image, voice, and name may be used at any time by the ORGANIZER, its national and international affiliates, subsidiaries, and companies within the same economic group, for promotional purposes in audiovisual, printed, and/or electronic media, including publications, catalogs, magazines, newspapers, brochures, and other campaign materials, as well as through Event communication channels, provided that applicable laws are observed and the content is not distorted.

10. GENERAL DATA PROTECTION LAW (LGPD)

The protection and security of personal data are of utmost importance to Neodent (Straumann Group). For this reason, we detail the personal and financial data that will be requested from each Participant at the time of registration for the 7th Neodent International Congress.

In addition to the data requested during registration, we will ask for your consent to receive advertisements and marketing materials related to our products and the products of our sponsors and exhibitors. This consent is optional, and you have the right to refuse it.

11. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Participants are responsible for keeping their personal belongings safe. The ORGANIZER shall not be liable for loss, damage, or theft occurring during the Event, whether at the venue, surrounding areas, accommodation locations, or during transportation to the Event.

A lost and found area will be available at the Event registration desk; however, each Participant remains fully responsible for their belongings.

12. FINAL PROVISIONS

Participation of minors. Participation of minors is not recommended due to exposure and sale of products related to dentistry, such as sharp instruments, radiography equipment, and video demonstrations of invasive surgeries (blood, incisions, sutures, etc.). In exceptional cases, minors under 18 years of age may enter the trade exhibition only upon submission of a liability waiver signed by their legal guardian during the Event. Both the guardian and the minor must present valid identification documents. If the guardian is not a parent, a handwritten and signed authorization from one of the parents, along with a copy of the parent’s identification document, will be required.

Amendments. Neodent may issue amendments to these Terms and Conditions at any time to clarify omitted or ambiguous cases.

Event cancellation. Neodent may, at its sole discretion and without justification, cancel the 7th Neodent International Congress at any time. Such cancellation will be communicated via neodentcongress.com.br. In the event of cancellation, all registration fees paid will be refunded within 30 (thirty) days from the official cancellation notice.

Agreement. Registration for the Event implies full acceptance of all provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Inquiries. Questions and disputes arising from registrant complaints shall initially be resolved by Neodent via email at eventos@neodent.com or through Customer Service.

* These Terms and Conditions correspond to version 1.0 and may be updated or amended by the ORGANIZER at any time upon publication of the revised version on the official Event website.

The applicable version shall always be the one available on the Event website on the Participant’s registration date.
