Terms and Conditions for Registration and Participation in the 7th Neodent International Congress
1. ORGANIZER
A JJGC INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO DE MATERIAIS DENTÁRIOS S.A, a private legal entity, headquartered at Avenida Juscelino Kubitschek de Oliveira, 3291, CIC, Curitiba, Paraná, ZIP Code 81.270-200, registered under CNPJ No. 00.489.050/0001-84, and branch located at St. Benjamin Lins, 742, Batel, Curitiba, Paraná, ZIP Code 80.420-100, registered under CNPJ No. 00.489.050/0029-85, is the organizer of the 7th Neodent International Congress.
hereinafter referred to simply as ORGANIZER, hereby establishes to the registrants, hereinafter referred to as PARTICIPANTS, the following terms and conditions for participation in the 7th Neodent International Congress, hereinafter referred to as the Event, to be held from June 17 to 19, 2027, at Via Soft (St. Prof. Pedro Viriato Parigot de Souza, 5300 – Cidade Industrial De Curitiba, Curitiba – PR):
2. DATE, VENUE AND SCHEDULE
The 7th edition of the Neodent International Congress will be held from June 17 to 19, 2027, at Via Soft, located at St. Prof. Pedro Viriato Parigot de Souza, 5300 – Cidade Industrial De Curitiba, Curitiba – PR.
The operating hours of the activities listed below will be defined and announced in due course by the Event organization and may be subject to adjustments:
- Commercial exhibition;
- Scientific program courses;
- Food court.
3. CATEGORIES AND PRICES
Registration must be completed exclusively through the website: neodentcongress.com.br
All data provided by the Participant are entirely their own responsibility, and the ORGANIZER bears no responsibility for any discrepancy and/or inaccuracy of such data.
For security reasons, no registration data will be accepted via e-mail, phone, social media, WhatsApp, or any other means other than the registration website indicated in item 3 of these terms and conditions.
Registration Fee
Tickets for the event will be available in different categories, as presented above, and each may have different prices according to their specific characteristics, benefits, and applicable conditions.
Additionally, ticket sales will be carried out in batches, the prices of which may progressively vary according to periods, pre-established dates, or the availability of tickets in each batch. Therefore, the ticket price may change without prior notice when there is a batch change.
Expected batch change dates:
- 1st Batch – ticket sales during the CIOSP 2026 event
- 2nd Batch – ticket sales until 06/30/2026
- 3rd Batch – ticket sales from 07/01/2026 to 12/31/2026
- 4th Batch – ticket sales from 01/01/2027 to 03/31/2027
- 5th Batch – ticket sales from 04/01/2027 to 06/16/2027
By purchasing a ticket, the participant declares to be aware of the current price at the time of purchase, as well as the applicable conditions for the respective category and batch.
Registration Requirements
Registration is entirely the responsibility of the Participant; therefore, it is essential to provide complete information so that the badge, attendance declaration, and certificate are issued correctly. Please note that the preferred name, if used, must match the one on the official document, which will be presented and validated at the Congress entrance.
The personal data provided to the ORGANIZER at the time of registration may be shared with third-party service providers, suppliers, and other cooperation partners used by the ORGANIZER to enable the realization of the Event.
To complete the Participant registration at the Neodent International Congress 2027, the following data will be requested:
- Participant personal data: first and last name, Tax ID, e-mail, phone, address, city, state, country.
If the Participant chooses to pay by Credit or Debit Card, the financial data requested at the time of Event registration will be:
- Financial data: card brand, cardholder name, card number, expiration date, security code, number of installments, and bank name.
Data will be stored in the promoters’ and organizers’ databases for identification, access, and attendance control at the Event, for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual, legal, and/or regulatory obligations.
The Participant has the right to object to the processing and handling of their personal data by the ORGANIZER, however, by objecting to such processing, some services and solutions will become unavailable. For further clarification, please refer to item 12 of these Terms and Conditions.
The registration will be considered active only after the proof of payment and registration fee are approved. Confirmation of registration will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Participant.
The ORGANIZER is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the Participant, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, meals, transportation between the hotel and the Event venue, or any other expenses related to participation. All such expenses are entirely the responsibility of the Participant.
Payment Method
After choosing the registration category, the participant may select the payment method, which can be made by credit card or PIX.
For installment payments made by credit card, the maximum number of installments will be directly tied to the Event date.
4. BADGE
The Participant’s registration will allow the generation of a credential with name, category, and QR Code, which will be read by the optical scanner at the entrances to the 7th Neodent International Congress. After completing registration and paying the fee, the badge will be available for collection by the Participant at the Event access desk. Wearing the badge is mandatory during the Event and it must be displayed clearly to facilitate or allow digital reading and transcoding.
The badge is personal and non-transferable. Do not lend, transfer, or photograph it. We warn that sharing the badge may be considered a criminal offense. Contribute to a safe environment by respecting the laws and avoiding practices that may result in legal implications. Safety is everyone’s responsibility!
5. SCIENTIFIC PROGRAM
The detailed scientific program will be shared on the 7th Neodent International Congress website and will feature renowned speakers from Brazil and around the world, selected based on research with our teams from different countries and with our clients.
Seats are limited and made available according to auditorium capacity.
Scientific program courses may be subject to changes without prior notice. The ORGANIZER reserves the right to modify, replace, or cancel, at any time, activities, lectures, or speakers, even if already announced, in case of unforeseen circumstances or needs, and no refund of registration fees will be granted due to changes in the program schedule.
6. GENERAL CANCELLATION CONDITIONS AND REFUND CRITERIA
The Participant may cancel their registration for the Event at any time by submitting a withdrawal form via e-mail: eventos@neodent.com.
6.1. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 49 of Law No. 8.078/90, if registration was made outside the commercial establishment, the Participant may exercise the right of withdrawal within up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of registration confirmation, in which case the Participant will be entitled to a full refund of all amounts paid, including fees, provided that the cancellation occurs before the Event takes place.
6.2. Cancellation Outside the Legal Withdrawal Period
After the period set forth in item 6.1 above, in case of withdrawal by the Participant, the following refund criteria will apply:
- In case of withdrawal by 01/17/2027, 70% (seventy percent) of the total registration fee will be refunded;
- In case of withdrawal by 03/17/2027, 50% (fifty percent) of the total registration fee will be refunded;
- In case of withdrawal by 05/17/2027, 20% (twenty percent) of the total registration fee will be refunded;
- From May 17, 2027 onwards, in case of withdrawal, no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason.
For all refund cases under item 6.2, the applicable bank transfer operation fees will be deducted.
Amounts resulting from withdrawal will be refunded by the ORGANIZER, when applicable, within up to 30 (thirty) days after the end of the Event.
7. TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION OWNERSHIP
Transfer of registration ownership will be permitted provided the following criteria are met:
- upon direct request and identity confirmation of the registrant;
- requests only via e-mail: eventos@neodent.com
- transfer requests must be submitted by 03/31/2027 and only within the same category;
Once the requirements are met, the Participant receiving the registration will need to confirm the data indicated in Item 3.1 “a” of these Terms and Conditions.
8. CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION
All Participants who meet the participation criteria defined by the ORGANIZER will receive a Certificate of Participation, which will be made available exclusively in electronic format through the official Event website, within up to 30 (thirty) days after the Event.
The issuance of the certificate is the sole responsibility of each Participant, who must access, generate, and print it in accordance with the instructions and procedures that will be duly disclosed by the ORGANIZER on the Event website.
In compliance with the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018), certificates will not be sent by e-mail or any other means other than the official Event platform.
The ORGANIZER is not responsible for certificates NOT issued due to non-compliance by the Participant, with the provided procedures, deadlines, or guidelines.
9. IMAGE RECORDING DURING THE EVENT
The ORGANIZER reserves the right to record images at all activities that make up the Event. By participating in the Event, the Participant grants the Organizer and sponsors the right to use their images, captured in photographs and/or videos and recordings made before, during, and after the event.
By participating in the Event, the Participant acknowledges that their image, voice, and name may be used, at any time, by the Organizer, its national and international subsidiaries, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and/or companies within the same economic group for promotional materials in media, audiovisual, print, and/or electronic formats (publications, newsletters, catalogs, magazines, newspapers, flyers, and other campaign materials), as well as other event promotion channels (promoters, organizers, and sponsors), and may be disclosed in the manner deemed most appropriate in any communication channel (radio, television, internet, videos, documentaries, etc.), provided that all applicable regulations are respected and no distortion of content occurs.
10. GENERAL DATA PROTECTION LAW
The protection and security of personal data are of the utmost importance to Neodent (Straumann Group), which is why we detail the personal and financial data that will be requested from each participant at the time of registration for the 7th Neodent International Congress.
In addition to the data requested at the time of registration, we will ask you (Participant) for your consent to send advertising and marketing materials related to our products and the products of our sponsors and partner exhibitors. This consent is not mandatory, so you have the right to choose not to grant it to us.

11. PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND ITEMS:
It is the responsibility of Participants to keep their personal belongings and items safe. The ORGANIZER is not responsible for losses, misplacements, or thefts occurring during the Event, at the venue and surrounding areas, accommodation location, or during transportation to the Event.
The ORGANIZER will provide a lost and found section at the Event secretariat, but it is entirely the responsibility of each Participant to take care of their belongings.
12. FINAL PROVISIONS
Participation of minors. It is not recommended by the Event Organizer, as there is exposure to and sale of products related to the practice of Dentistry, such as sharp-edged materials, X-ray equipment, video demonstrations of invasive surgeries (blood, incisions, sutures, etc.), among other profession-related items. However, in exceptional cases, entry of minors under 18 years of age into the commercial exhibition will be permitted only upon submission of a liability waiver form on the Event days, which must be completed and signed by the minor’s legal guardian. Both the guardian and the minor must present valid identification documents, and if the guardian is not the minor’s parent/mother, a written and handwritten authorization signed by one of the minor’s parents must be presented along with a copy of their identification document.
Amendments. Neodent may, at any time, issue addenda to these Terms and Conditions in order to clarify omitted or unclear matters;
Event Cancellation. Neodent may, at any time, at its sole discretion and without justification, proceed with the cancellation of the 7th Neodent International Congress, and must notify such decision through the website neodentcongress.com.br. In case of Event cancellation, registration fees already paid will be refunded to participants within up to 30 (thirty) days from the date of official cancellation notice.
Acceptance.The act of registration of the Participants for the Event implies agreement with all items of these Terms and Conditions.
Inquiries. Questions and controversies arising from registrants’ complaints must first be addressed by Neodent via e-mail eventos@neodent.com or by calling the customer service line 0800 707 2526.
These Terms and Conditions correspond to Version 2.0 and may be updated or amended by the ORGANIZER at any time upon publication of the revised version on the official Event website.
The applicable version shall always be the one available on the Event website on the date of the Participant’s registration.
